Born in Guangzhou in 1972. Liao graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Institute of Technology in 1995 and obtained a master degree in Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. Currently she is a member of China Artists Association, Director of Association of Artist in Guangdong Province, Deputy Secretary-general of Research Association of Aquarelle of Guangdong Province, contract artist of Guangdong Painting Academy. Her works awarded in numerous national and provincial art exhibitions and widely collected by different art museums such as China National Museum.
