Customers who make a purchase of HK$20,000 or above are entitled to free delivery service.

2nd painting - HK$150
3rd painting and after - HK$100 Each
* Painting installation service is not included in free delivery.
Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen,
- Please bring the damaged or wrong products along with the receipt to our store: Baoqu Tang Gallery of Art, Flat H, 15/F., Fu Cheung Centre, 5-7 Wong Chuk Yeung Street, Fo Tan, N.T. Hong Kong.
OR - E-mail us with your order number as well as the code, title and the artists of the returned products. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box, and send the returning items by mail to: Baoqu Tang Gallery of Art, Flat H, 15/F., Fu Cheung Centre, 5-7 Wong Chuk Yeung Street, Fo Tan, N.T. Hong Kong. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
Non-returnable items
- Any product that is returns more than 30 days after the receipt.
- In the event of dispute, Baoqu Tang Gallery of Art’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
No Refund
Products cannot be refunded, yet can be exchanged with items that with the same price. Customers can exchange the item that with higher price by offset the amount.
